As a reporter you will learn the difference between the Save & Hold button and Save & Submit button on the bottom of your time sheet display.
Holding vs. Submitting
Save & Hold: Click if you are not ready to submit your time study but wish to save your hours. This will allow you to save what your've entered and resume entering your hours at a later time.
Please note that time studies on hold are incomplete.
Save & Submit: Once you have completed filling in the hours for the entire period, check the attestation box to attest to the accuracy of the hours entered. Then, Click the save and submit button. Your time study will be saved and submitted to your supporter for approval. If your account is configured to not require approval from a supporting staff, your time study will be considered saved and approved upon submitting.
In the event your administrator or supporter needs you to edit a time study, you are the only one who can do that. You will get an email that your time study was "rejected" with a note for you to return and make changes to resubmit
