Missing Records are all outstanding time studies that are not submitted; this includes time studies that are On Hold. There are several places to view missing records:
As a Supporter, missing records from your assigned Reporters will show on your Dashboard.
Both Supporters and Administrators can view and edit missing records following these steps:
- Click Time Studies in the left navigation panel
- Click Missing Records
- Enter your search criteria if applicable and click Search
- You can search by Business Unit, Department, Fiscal Year, Quarter, and Name (first name, last name, or username)
- Clicking the purple edit icon in the Action column to view and edit the outstanding time study
- You can click the green Export button to the left-hand side to download a full list via .csv
- Administrators will be able to see the Reporter's assigned Supporter(s) in this view
Administrators can also run a view-only report of missing records filtered by date range under the Reports section:
- Click Reports in the left-hand menu
- Click Admin Reports
- Click Missing Records
- As this is a view-only report, there is no Action column to make edits to the records
- The green Export button is still available to download the full list via .csv
