As an Administrator learn how to create a new user in your dashboard.
Create a New User
- Click on People in the left navigation
- Click Create New
- The user profile will appear
- Fill in all the red asterisks fields
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Exit & Save
- You can edit this user in the Task Menu on the right of the screen
Add a time form to the new user's profile
- In the People section, when you found the desired user, see Configure Time Study Forms to the right of the User's name and click Configure
- A list of available time forms will display
- See Selected to the right of the time form name and check the boxes for the time form(s) necessary for the user
- Check the Submission Schedule is correct for the time form(s) selected
- Click Save on the bottom left hand of the screen.
