As an Administrator learn how to reset a Reporter or Supporter user password.
1. Click People in the left navigation panel
2. Search for the user you want for password reset in the search box at the top of the list of Existing Users. The search bar is case-sensitive.
3. Click the purple edit icon on the right side of the user
4. In the Tasks menu on the right, click reset password
5. The user will receive an email providing them with a temporary password
