As an Administrator you have the ability to add new users. However, you will not be able to add new users if the number of users have exceeded the number of licenses your entity has purchased.
What you can do:
1. Make sure all users who have been terminated have a termination date saved in their user profile.
> All users with a termination date are considered inactive.
2. Contact our Growth Officer, Jason Katz, to purchase more licenses based on your entity's needs.
