As an Administrator you have the ability to add new users. However, you will not be able to add new users if the number of users has exceeded the number of licenses your entity has purchased. The Add button on the People page will be disabled.
What you can do:
- Make sure all users who have been terminated have a termination date saved in their user profile. All users with a termination date are considered inactive.
- Contact Krossland Shaw to purchase more licenses based on your entity's needs.
