When evaluating and prioritizing software feedback, it helps to have details as to what problem we're trying to solve. Hearing the same request from multiple organizations also puts additional weight on the request. Therefore, use the below guidelines to structure your post:
Problem:
Describe the issue you're having. Explain how you're currently dealing with it, if you've found any workarounds.
Proposed Solution (optional):
Do you have an idea of what you wish the software could do? Share the details!
Impact:
Detail how big of an impact this has on your organization. Is this something you deal with monthly or annually? Who does it impact, all Admins? All Reporters?
