How to be proactively notified of changes

ADMIN DASHBOARD UPDATES
We will continue to make updates to the Admin Dashboard, according to your feedback. Later this year, we’ll also be adding additional data filter capability (e.g. department).
FLEXIBLE PERMISSIONS
Some users may not fit neatly into the Admin or Supporter user roles. For instance, you might want them to access more reports than Supporters but not have full Admin rights. We're developing a more flexible permission system. This feature is being rolled out to clients in the background. You will not be able to manage the permissions yet, but contact us if you would like to discuss using this feature.

ADMIN DASHBOARD TEMPLATES
We’re introducing Dashboard Templates to give administrative users a more tailored experience. These templates allow users to view the metrics most relevant to their role and interests.
Based on client survey feedback, we identified a need for two additional dashboard views:
- Workflow Monitoring View – Designed for personnel managing the time study process, providing visibility into tasks needed to complete time studies effectively.
- Executive View – A high-level, outcomes-focused view for leadership.
How it works:
- By default, users will see the existing dashboard.
- When a user selects an alternative view, the system will save their preference.
- Their selected dashboard will persist until they choose another, meaning the last view selected will automatically appear upon login.
This update ensures that each user sees the most relevant data at a glance, improving efficiency and user experience.
PREVENT EARLY SUBMISSION
To enhance the accuracy of Time Study submissions, a new validation has been implemented. When clicking "Submit," the system will check for hours in future dates. If detected, an alert will notify the Reporter that future submissions are not allowed. They can save their hours by clicking 'Hold' and submit later once hours are confirmed to be accurate. Exception: PTO hours can be submitted early.
This feature is optional; all clients have it enabled, but you can contact support to disable it if desired.

NOTIFICATION OF MAXIMUM USAGE OF LICENSES
When you have used all of your user licenses, we provide notice of this in multiple places:
- As introduced last year, the Admin Dashboard does show the count of licenses, including how many are still unused.
- As always, the "Add" button on the People page becomes disabled.
- Newly added: On the "Add" button, there is a hover-over explaining why the button is disabled: "Can't add new users. Maximum license limit reached."
- Newly added: On the People page with "Deleted" dropdown = Yes, if you have already used all licenses, there is a new message: "Maximum license limit reached. Please contact support@timestudy.co if you would like to purchase additional user blocks.
- Newly added: In a User Profile, if you remove the Termination Date in order to reactivate a user, but you have already used all licenses, there is a new message: "Maximum license limit reached. Please contact support@timestudy.co if you would like to purchase additional user blocks.
