We've streamlined the time study experience to reduce scrolling, speed up data entry, and make sharing easier. These updates roll out beginning in Q2 - we will communicate with you about the best timing for your organization.

See more without scrolling

Time studies can get long. We've made four changes to keep you focused on what matters:

Frozen dates at the top

Dates stay frozen at the top as you scroll through your categories - visible but out of the way.

Subtotals moved to the right

We've shifted subtotals to the far right of category headers instead of taking up a full row. Less vertical space, same information.

Two-week views without horizontal scrolling

If your organization uses consecutive two-week periods, you can now include both in a single time study and see all dates without scrolling left and right. Week subtotals appear at the top for quick reference.

Faster Data Entry

Hover-to-discover on every cell

Hover over any cell to see contextual information without cluttering the view. The hover text on entry boxes can differ from the activity name hover text, so you can keep one brief and the other detailed, depending on what works for your team.

Improved time entry experience

The overall data entry flow is smoother and more intuitive.

Better PDF Exports

The Print button now lets you download a PDF straight to your device - no extra steps.
