Time Periods can be added under Forms > Time Periods.
As an Admin, you can add Time Periods each fiscal year according to the dates you've selected for time studies to be submitted.
Adding Time Periods
To add a new time period:
- Click Forms in the left-hand Navigation Menu.
- Click Time Periods.
- Click Add to create a new time period.
- Enter the dates for your new time period:
- Start Date
- End Date
- Deadline Date
- After this date, nobody will be able to submit incomplete time studies.
- We suggest keeping the deadline date around 30 days or less, to ensure accuracy due to fresh memory.
- The deadline date shows on people's Dashboard, at the top of the time study, and in some of your email alerts if you have chosen to include it, so a short deadline date will also help maintain a sense of urgency.
- Fiscal Year and Quarter will be automatically populated.
- Select which Time Forms to include.
- Select your Submission Schedule.
- This refers to how frequently you have scheduled time periods.
- Most organizations use monthly or quarterly.
- Click Save.
