Supporters and Admins can view and edit missing time studies (called Missing Records in the system) from a few different places, depending on their role.
Missing Records = Time studies that haven't been submitted yet (includes On Hold studies).
Note: Supporters see only their assigned Reporters' records. Admins see all records.
For Supporters: View missing records on your Dashboard
Supporters can view missing records from their assigned Reporters directly on their Dashboard.
The Missing table shows recent missing time studies with the Reporter's name, start date, deadline date, and status. Click Enter on any row to open and edit that time study, or click See All to view the full list.
For Supporters and Admins: View and edit missing records under Time Studies
Both Supporters and Admins can view and edit missing records from the Time Studies menu.
- Click Time Studies in the far-left menu, then click Review Missing Studies.
- Click Search to load results.
- Supporters only see time studies from their assigned Reporters, so filters are usually unnecessary and may hide records you're looking for.
- Click the purple edit icon in the Action column to view and edit the outstanding time study.
- To download a full list, click the green Export button to obtain a .csv file.
For Admins: Run the view-only Review Missing Studies report
Admins also have access to a view-only version of the Review Missing Studies report under Reports > Admin > Workflow > Review Missing Studies. This version offers additional filters and columns, but does not allow editing.
