The Supporter Dashboard simplifies managing your Reporters and your time studies.

What is a Supporter?
The Supporter role includes users who help time study Reporters submit their time. They may run reports, follow up with Reporters, review submitted time studies, or enter and submit hours on their behalf. This group can include department managers, clinical chairs, administrative staff, or anyone assisting Reporters with their time studies.
Supporter Dashboard
On your dashboard, you'll see several lists depending on your settings:
- Upcoming: Upcoming time periods that cannot be accessed until their start date.
- Missing: Incomplete time studies from your assigned Reporters.
- Pending Approval: Time studies awaiting your review.
- My Outstanding: If you complete time studies for yourself, this list shows time studies that haven't been started or are on hold.
If you have current time studies to complete, a yellow banner will appear across the top with a link to the full list.
Tasks and notifications
In the upper-right corner, you'll find your tasks and notifications. Tasks track your outstanding time studies, while Notifications alert you to additional action items such as returned time studies.
Reporter Dashboard
The Reporter Dashboard differs from the Supporter Dashboard. To reduce time and effort in reporting, we've simplified the Reporter Dashboard. Learn more: How do I use my dashboard? (for Reporters)
Additional help
For questions about your access rights, contact your time study program administrator. If you're not sure who that is, click the Help bubble or create a support ticket and we'll help you find them.
