The Add button on the People page is disabled when there are no available unused licenses.
As an Administrator, you can add users up to the limit of your purchased licenses. If you exceed this limit, the Add button on the People page will be disabled.
Your Dashboard displays the number of purchased licenses and available seats.
What you can do:
- You can inactivate former employees by adding a termination date to their profile. Those with a termination date are inactive and do not occupy a license seat.
- Create a support ticket to purchase more licenses based on your needs.
