Why can't I add a new user?

As an Administrator, you can add users up to the limit of your purchased licenses. If you exceed this limit, the Add button on the People page will be disabled.

Your Dashboard displays the number of purchased licenses and available seats.

What you can do:

1. Ensure all terminated users have a termination date in their profile. Users with a termination date are inactive and will not occupy a license seat.
