The primary user profile fields are broken into four profile tabs: Account Settings, Work Details, Access, and Contact Info.
Note: Some fields may be hidden depending on your organization, and some fields are not applicable to all user types.

Account Settings

Active: YES/NO
- Automatically set by the Termination Date field.

Locked: YES/NO
- An account locks after 5 failed login attempts. To unlock, set Locked to NO and click Save, or have the user reset their password.

- Setting a termination date will inactivate the user; their license will be freed up. This is preferable to deletion.

- For some organ-based time forms, organs must be assigned to the user.

- Supporters/Admin only.
- Unique to your company.
- The Review Supporter Access report can be filtered by this value.

Enter for Group: YES/NO
- YES = Allow more than 24 hours/day. This is rarely used; leave at NO unless instructed otherwise.

Support Staff Approve Time Records: YES/NO
- Requires Admins/Supporters to review and approve (or return) time forms submitted by their assigned Reporters before they are marked complete and included in reports.

Support Staff Submit Time Records: YES/NO
- Supporters: YES = Can check the attestation box and SUBMIT on behalf of their assigned Reporters. Leave NO to require the Reporter to log in and attest to their own time study before submission.
- Admins: YES = Can attest for all Reporters in the system.
- Regardless of this setting, both Admins and Supporters can HOLD time studies on behalf of Reporters.
