You can make an assignment from the Time Form section of the user's profile.
Why isn't the time form showing in the user profile?
To assign a time form:

Click People (in the left-hand Navigation Menu)
- Use the searchbox (username, first name, or last name)

Click Configure under the Time Forms column
Or click Time Forms if you're already in the user's profile
- Use the yellow flag in the Action column to assign (or unassign) the desired time forms.
- Choose the Submission Schedule from the dropdown.
- The dropdown will only show options (monthly/quarterly) that match an active Time Period.
This form change is effective immediately and will retroactively generate time studies for all prior periods since the user's hire date.
Why isn't the time form showing in the user profile?
The time form might not appear because:
- For some organ-based forms, the user must be assigned to an organ in the Access tab.
- The time form must be linked to a Time Period to display in the user profile.
