How do I get started on the time:study NOW Mobile App?

Note: The mobile app is only for users assigned to complete a time study. Supporters or Admins without this assignment cannot access it. The app is strictly for reporting personal time and does not support administrative tasks. If you're not assigned to a time study, the QR code won't appear in the menu.

Step 1: Download the app

Download time:study NOW from one of these sources:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
• Scan this QR code (also found in your system navigation menu)

Step 2: Go to your Manage Account page

1. Log in to your web account on your phone's browser.
   • On a desktop computer? See instructions here.
2. In the top right, click your username.
   
3. Click Manage.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Open App. This launches time:study NOW and connects it to your account.
   

Step 3: Log in

The login experience depends on whether your organization uses SSO. Choose the section that applies to you:

3a. Link your mobile account using SSO

3b. Link your mobile account without SSO

Step 3a: Log in using SSO

1. The app will ask to connect you via timestudy.com. Tap Continue.
   
2. Instead of "Time : Study," your page will show the name of your organization. Log in with your network credentials. You do not have a password unique to Time Study.
   
3. You will be automatically logged in.

Step 3b: Log in without SSO

1. You will be brought to the login page with your username already filled in.
   
2. Tap Continue.
3. You'll receive a 4-digit code to your Time Study account's email address (first-time login only).
   • The email comes from no_reply@timestudy.co.
   • The email subject is Please verify your email address.
   • If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder.
     
4. Enter the code into the mobile app.
5. Tap Verify.
   
6. Enter your password.
7. Tap Sign Up.

Step 4: Using the app

Once logged in, use the purple question mark in the top right of each page for a guided walkthrough on entering and submitting hours.

Note: The time:study NOW mobile app can only be used to report your own time. It does not support user management or running reports.
