What do I need to do on a Pending record?
Pending Status
You may see a time study marked as Pending instead of Completed, even after submission.
The time study will also have a message at the top:
"This record is pending approval and it is currently locked. If you need to make changes, please contact administrator."
What does this mean?
Some organizations require administrative approval for your time study before it's considered complete. Records in this stage are Pending.
If your time study needs edits, you'll receive an email stating it was "returned for revision," along with notes about why it was reopened. If you need further clarification, do not reply to the email; contact the person listed at the bottom of the email. Once reopened, the time study returns to a Hold status until you resubmit it.
What do I need to do on a Pending record?
Nothing at this time. The system will notify you if you need to make edits, and the time study will show again in your Outstanding Records list, in a Hold status, but for now, the next steps belong to your assigned Supporter.
