What do you do when you've made a mistake on your time study and need to make a correction?
- In many cases, you can reopen the time study yourself.
- If you have a Supporter assigned to review your time study, you'll need to contact them to reopen it for you. If you don't know who that is, reach out to us and we'll help you find them. Click the Help bubble or submit a support ticket.
- If you're unsure, following the below steps will make it clear for you.
Steps:

Go to Reporting > Time Studies in the navigation menu
- Click Search
- If you want to view the currently-open time period, set the "End Date" field after the end of this time period
- If you want to view the currently-open time period, set the "End Date" field after the end of this time period
- Locate the submitted time study that you need to reopen
- Click the Reopen icon under the Action column on the far right
- The eyeball is to view the time study, the spinning arrow is to reopen the time study
- A time study can only be reopened before the deadline date has passed
- You will see a confirmation at the top of the time study. Make your edits, then be sure to click Submit again.
Note: If you do not see the spinning arrow or it is disabled, and the deadline date has not passed, you will need to reach out to your supporter/admin. If you don't know who that is, reach out to us and we'll help you find them. Click the Help bubble or submit a support ticket.
- Your supporter or administrator will return your time study to you
- You will receive an email from support@timestudy.co notifying you of the returned time study
- Your time study will show on your dashboard in the On Hold status under "My Outstanding Records"
