In Reporting > View Time Studies, use the circular icon to reopen and edit your time study. If you don't have that option, reach out to your Supporter or time study program administrator.
When you cannot reopen your time study

Reopening your own time study

Go to Reporting > Time Studies in the navigation menu.
- Click Search.
- To view the currently-open time period, set the End Date field to a date after the end of this time period.
- To view the currently-open time period, set the End Date field to a date after the end of this time period.
- Locate the submitted time study that you need to reopen.
- Click the Reopen icon under the Action column on the far right.
- Icons:
- Eyeball icon: View the time study.
- Spinning arrow icon: Reopen the time study.
- Icons:
- After reopening, you will see a confirmation at the top of the time study.
- Make your edits, then click Submit again.
When you cannot reopen your time study
If the spinning arrow icon is not visible:
- This indicates that the deadline date has passed, and the time study cannot be reopened without an extension. Contact your time study program administrator to discuss the error on your time study.
If the spinning arrow icon is disabled:
- This indicates that your Supporter is responsible for reviewing and approving your time studies, and they (or your time study program administrator) will need to reopen the time study for you.
- If you don’t know who to contact, click the Help bubble or submit a support ticket for assistance.
When your Supporter or time study program administrator returns your time study:
- You will receive an email from support@timestudy.co notifying you of the returned time study.

The time study will appear on your dashboard in the On Hold status under My Outstanding Records.
