Mobile App Quick Start Guide

The time:study NOW mobile app is ideal for logging time throughout your day while you work. If you prefer a weekly overview, use your mobile browser (e.g. Safari or Chrome).

Contents:

Activity: Recording an activity for a given time period

Summary: Reviewing activities entered before finalizing

Attest: Selecting an open time study and attesting to its accuracy

Logging an activity

1. Tap What are you working on?
2. Select an activity.
   • Use the button at the top right to change the sort order.
3. Pick the date.
4. Tap Duration, then select hours and minutes.
5. Tap Save.

Used activities appear under Recent Activities on the home screen for quick time entry that week.

Summary

After adding activities, tap Summary in the bottom menu to review them.

To filter by date:

1. Tap the date dropdown in the top left.
2. Select a time frame.
3. If you choose Day or Time Period, pick a specific date or range.

To add another activity, tap the + icon in the top right. 

Attest & Submit your time study

1. Tap Attest in the bottom menu.
2. Review your entries.
3. Tap Submit (top right).
4. Select the attest radio button.
5. Tap Submit.

Submitted time studies are no longer visible on the mobile app.

Settings

• Personal Settings: Enable guided tours and biometric login.
• Organization Settings: View your assigned categories and activities.
• Terms of Service: Read the Time Study Terms of Use.
• Send Feedback: Email Time Study for tech support or suggestions.
