Admins use the Review Time Study Access report to view Reporter-to-Supporter assignments and identify unassigned Reporters. This report is read-only, assignments must be managed separately.

What is the Review Time Study Access report?
The Review Time Study Access report answers questions such as:
- Who is this Reporter assigned to?
- Which Reporters are assigned to this Supporter?
- Are there Reporters who are not assigned to a Supporter?
- Do inactive Supporters have Reporters that need to be reassigned?
Note: This report is read-only. You cannot create, edit, or remove assignments from here. To make changes, see How do I assign a Supporter to a Reporter?
Only Administrators have access to the Review Time Study Access report.
Why should I use the Review Time Study Access report?
Assigning a Supporter to each Reporter can boost completion rates and reduce Administrator workload. While automated email reminders help, some Reporters benefit from additional support from a manager or admin assistant to stay accountable.
Regularly auditing user time study access is important. Use this report to:
- Find Reporters with no Supporter
- Filter by User Type = Reporter and look for None in the Can Access Their Info column.
- Replace inactive Supporters so Reporters retain accountability
- Filter by User Type = Supporter and set Active = No.

Only Administrators have access to this report. In the far-left menu:

How do I use the Review Time Study Access report?
All users are included in this report whether they have assignments or not. Use the following filters to narrow results:
- Business Unit
- Department
- User Type (Reporter, Supporter, Administrator)
- Active (Yes/No)
- Name (username, first name, or last name)
Reset filters by refreshing the page.
When a user has multiple assignments, the report displays Click to See List... in the Can Access Their Info or Can Access Info Of column. Select that option to expand the full list, or click Export to download a filtered .csv with all assignments expanded.
In the example below:
- Tony Stark (Reporter) is supported by Peter Parker — Peter Parker appears in the Can Access Their Info column.
- Scott Lang (Reporter) has no Supporter — the Can Access Their Info column shows None.
- Rocket Raccoon (Supporter) is assigned to multiple Reporters — the Can Access Info Of column shows Click to See List...
