The Manage Approvals report shows all time studies that have been submitted and are in status Completed or Pending (awaiting approval).

Why should I use the Manage Approvals report?
The Manage Approvals report helps Administrators and Supporters track and manage the approval of submitted time studies. Admins see all, while Supporters see only the people assigned to them.
Use it to:

Review time studies marked as Pending
Learn more about reviewing pending time studies here.
See who is responsible for reviewing a time study
Mark time studies as Completed once approved
Reopen time studies for correction

Where do I find the Manage Approvals report?
Admins and Supporters have access to this report. In the left-hand Navigation menu:
Click Reports

How do I use the Manage Approvals report?
You can filter the report to focus on specific users, approval statuses, or time periods:
State - Filters by Pending or Completed.
Business Unit
Department
Fiscal Year
Name - Search by username, first name, or last name.
Reset filters by refreshing the page.
The below screenshot shows all of Scott Lang's submitted time studies for the fiscal year 2024.
Each row represents one submitted time study and includes these columns:
Name
Approvers - Names of Supporter(s) responsible for reviewing and approving the time study.
Start Date
End Date
Form - Click the name of the time study to open it for review.
Total Hours - Total hours reported in the time study.
Status - Pending, Completed, or Returned.
Notes - Enter notes when reopening a time study.
Action - Save button to apply changes.
You can also use:
Save All - Saves multiple changes at once.
Export - Downloads a filtered .csv file of the report.
With this information, you can:
- Return/reopen Scott's top time study, which needs corrections.
- Approve the bottom time study by changing it from Pending to Completed.
- Note that Steve Rogers is responsible for reviewing Scott's time studies.
