What is the Completion Rate report?
The Completion Rate report shows the overall percentage of completed time studies for a selected fiscal year, along with the total number of expected, completed, and missing time studies.
Why should I use the Completion Rate report?
The Completion Rate report gives Admins a quick, high-level view of time study completion across the organization. The completion rate shown here matches the completion rate displayed on the Admin dashboard.
Use it to:
- Check overall completion progress for the current fiscal year
- Compare completion rates across business units or departments using the filters
Where do I find the Completion Rate report?
Only Admins have access to this report. In the left-hand Navigation menu:

How do I use the Completion Rate report?
You can filter the report by these options:
- Business Unit
- Department
- Fiscal Year
The report returns a single summary row with these columns:
- Expected
- Completed
- Missing
- Completion Rate
For a department-level breakdown by quarter, use the Completion Rate by Quarter report instead.
