What is the System Activity report?
The System Activity report provides a log of user actions, including logins and configuration changes. Each entry displays the user who performed the action, the type of action, and the date and time it occurred.
Why should I use the System Activity report?
This report can answer questions such as:
- Did the person with login issues manage to log in?
- Which admin extended the deadline dates on the time periods?
- Who added new users?
- Who requested password resets?
Where do I find the System Activity report?
Only Administrators have access. Follow this path in the left-hand Navigation menu:

How do I use the System Activity report?

- Business Unit
- Department
- Start Date

- Type – The kind of system activity. Note: some types appear that do not log data.
