The Review Missing Studies report lists time studies that were assigned to a user but never started. This includes expired time studies that passed their deadline date without being opened.
Why should I use the Review Missing Studies report?
The Review Missing Studies report helps Administrators identify users who did not start their assigned time studies, including those that have already expired. Use it to follow up with users, investigate gaps in reporting, or audit overall compliance.
Use it to:
- Identify users who missed an assigned time study
- Spot patterns by department or specialty
- Review expired time studies that were never started
- Prioritize outreach to users with multiple missing studies
Where do I find the Review Missing Studies report?
Only Administrators have access to this report. In the far-left menu:
Click Reports

How do I use the Review Missing Studies report?
You can filter the report by:
- Business Unit
- Department
- Specialty
- Start Date
- End Date
For Start Date and End Date filters, the entire time study period must fall within the selected range to appear in results.
Reset filters by refreshing the page.
Each row in the results represents one missing time study and includes these columns:
- Form
- Name
- Department
- Specialty
- Start Date
- End Date
Click Export to download a .csv file of the filtered results.
With this information, you can identify departments and specialties that may need additional support.
Note: The report does not indicate which time periods are expired.
