What is the Completion Rate by Quarter report?

The Completion Rate by Quarter report shows the percentage of completed time studies for each department, broken down by fiscal quarter (Q1–Q4).

Why should I use the Completion Rate by Quarter report?
 

The report helps Admins monitor departmental progress toward time study completion goals. It highlights which groups are meeting expectations and which may need additional follow-up to improve participation.

Use it to:

• Compare completion performance by quarter

• Identify departments with lower completion rates

• Track overall progress toward organizational targets

Where do I find the Completion Rate by Quarter report?
 

Only Admins have access to this report. In the left-hand Navigation menu:

Click Reports

• Admin

  • Workflow

    • Completion Rate by Quarter

How do I use the Completion Rate by Quarter report?
 

You can filter the report by these options:

• Business Unit

• Department

• Fiscal Year

The screenshot below shows the completion rate for every department in the fiscal year 2025. 

Each row represents one department and includes these columns:

• Department

• Q1

• Q2

• Q3

• Q4

Each quarter column shows both the percentage and the number of submitted time studies out of the total expected.

There is also a row at the bottom for Grand Total across all departments. 
Click Export to download a .csv version of the data.

With this information, you can quickly identify where completion rates are strong and where outreach or additional reminders may be needed.
