What is the View Time Studies report?
The View Time Studies report is a full list of all started time studies (Hold, Pending, or Completed).

Why should I use the View Time Studies report?
The View Time Studies report lets Administrators and Supporters see started time studies. Admins see all, while Supporters see only the people assigned to them.
Use it to:
- Filter by a person to see all of their historical time studies
- Open a specific time study to see details
- Track status (Hold, Pending, Completed)
- Confirm e-sign dates
Where do I find the View Time Studies report?
Admins and Supporters have access to this report. In the left-hand Navigation menu:

How do I use the View Time Studies report?
You can filter the report by these options:
- Business Unit
- Department
- Status (Hold, Pending, or Completed)
- Start Date
- End Date
- Name (username, first name, or last name)
For all Start/End Date filters, the entire time period must fall within the range to be included in the results.
Reset filters by refreshing the page.
The screenshot below provides the details about all of Bruce Banner's started time studies between January 2024 through October 2025.
Each row represents one time study and includes these columns:
Name
Username
Time Form
Department
Business Unit
Start Date
End Date
E-sign Date - When the time study was electronically signed and submitted.
Schedule - Expected frequency (Monthly, Quarterly, or Weekly).
Status - Displays progress: Hold, Pending, or Completed.
Hours - Total hours reported in the time study.

Action
Eye icon: Opens the time study.
Trash can icon: Resets the time study.
With this information, you can open a time study to view details, or you can make observations such as:
- Bruce didn't submit any time studies for March through July.
- Bruce submitted 40 hours per time study for a short while, but usually much less.
- Bruce used to take much longer to submit time studies, but has become more prompt recently.
