What is the Monitor Alerts & Reminders report?
The Monitor Alerts & Reminders report lists all system-generated scheduled emails. It includes time study reminders but excludes transactional emails such as the Welcome email or Password Reset email. It allows administrators to confirm whether an expected message was sent, view the sending date, and see which user received it.
Why should I use the Monitor Alerts & Reminders report?
Administrators use this report to verify that automated time study reminders, due date alerts, and other email notifications are being sent as expected. This helps identify whether delivery issues are caused by user settings or external email blocks.
You can find out when an email should have been sent by checking System Settings > Control Panel > Email Alert Schedules.
