What is the Review Supporter Access report?
The Review Supporter Access report lists each Supporter and the Reporters they are assigned to. Each row represents one Supporter–Reporter assignment.
This report was the original way to audit Supporter assignments, and is most useful when you need to filter assignments by Support Staff role. Otherwise, the newer Review Time Study Access report offers more flexible search and filter options and is generally the better choice for assignment audits.
Why should I use the Review Supporter Access report?
Use this report when you need to review Supporter assignments by Support Staff role — a predefined list of roles your organization has assigned to Supporters (for example, Department Head, Medical Secretary).
Use it to:
- View all Reporters assigned to a specific Supporter
- Filter Supporter assignments by Supporter Group role
- Audit coverage across departments or business units
If you need to search by Reporter name, Admin name, or identify Reporters with no Supporter, use the Review Time Study Access report instead.
