The Review Time Study Access report (new in 2024) answers questions such as these:
- Who is this Reporter assigned to?
- Which Reporters are assigned to this Supporter?
- Are there Reporters who are not assigned to a Supporter?
- Do inactive Supporters have Reporters that need to be reassigned?
Why should I use the Review Time Study Access report?
Assigning a Supporter to each Reporter can boost Completion Rates and reduce Admin workload. While automated email reminders help, some Reporters benefit from additional support from a manager or admin assistant to keep them accountable.
Therefore, regularly auditing user time study access is important. Here are some tips:
- Look for Reporters with no Supporters
- Filter by Reporters and check for "None" in the "Can Access Their Info" column.
- Replace inactive Supporters to ensure Reporters have accountability
- Filter by Supporters and set Active = No.
After identifying issues, re-assign as needed using these instructions:

All users are included in this report, whether they have assignments or not, but you do have several filtering options:
- Business Unit
- Department
- User Type (Reporter, Supporter, Admin)
- Active (Yes/No)

In the below screenshot, you can learn that:
- Username IronMan (Reporter) is supported by Spiderman (Spiderman "Can Access Their Info")
- Username Ant-Man (Reporter) does not have any Supporter ("None" in the "Can Access Their Info" column)
- Username trashpanda (Supporter) is assigned to two people ("Click to See List..." in the "Can Access Info Of" column)
Clicking Export will download a filtered .csv file. The results will include the full list of assignments in place of "Click to See List..."
