The Reporter Dashboard simplifies managing your time studies.
Contents:
What is a Reporter?
The “Reporter” role refers to people to use Time Study to submit their own time and do not manage others. They may enter their own hours, save or submit them, and run reports based on their own time studies.
Reporter Dashboard
On your dashboard, you see two lists:
- My Outstanding: This list shows time studies that are not started and those that are on hold, including those that were reopened for correction.
- Upcoming: This list shows upcoming time periods, which cannot be accessed until their start date.
If you have current time studies to complete, you will see a yellow banner across the top with a link to the full list.
Tasks and Notifications
In the upper-right corner, you’ll find your tasks and notifications. Tasks track your outstanding time studies, while notifications alert you to any additional action items, such as returned time studies.
Additional Help
If you have any questions regarding your time studies, please reach out to your time study program administrator. If you aren't sure who that is, please click the Help bubble or create a support ticket and we will help you contact them.
