What is a Reporter?

The Reporter role refers to users who submit their own time in Time Study and do not manage others. Reporters can enter their own hours, save or submit them, and run reports based on their own time studies.

Reporter Dashboard

On your dashboard, you'll see two lists:

1. My Outstanding: Time studies that haven't been started, are on hold, or were returned by a Supporter or Administrator.
2. Upcoming: Upcoming time periods that cannot be accessed until their start date.

If you have current time studies to complete, a yellow banner will appear across the top with a link to the full list.

Tasks and notifications

In the upper-right corner, you'll find your tasks and notifications. Tasks track your outstanding time studies, while Notifications alert you to additional action items such as returned time studies.
