What is the Monitor Alerts & Reminders report?
The Monitor Alerts & Reminders report lists every scheduled email the system has sent, including time study reminders and due date alerts. It does not include transactional emails such as the Welcome email or Password Reset email.
Why should I use the Monitor Alerts & Reminders report?
Admins use this report to verify that automated email notifications are going out as expected. When a user reports a missing email, the report shows whether the problem is on the Time Study side (the email was never sent) or on the recipient side (the email was sent but blocked or filtered).
Use it to:
- Confirm whether an expected reminder or alert was sent
- See the date each email was sent and which user received it
- Troubleshoot users who say they aren't receiving emails
To see when an email should have been sent, go to System Settings > Control Panel > Email Alert Schedules.
Where do I find the Monitor Alerts & Reminders report?
Only Admins have access to this report. In the far-left menu:
Click Reports
