To get help with passwords, first check if your organization uses single sign-on (SSO), meaning you log in with the same credentials across systems.
- If you use SSO to log in, visit "Resetting Your SSO Password"
- If you do NOT use SSO, go to "Resetting Your Time Study Account Password"
- If you're unsure whether you use SSO, follow these steps:
- Click the login link in your Time Study email notification. If you can't find an email, check your spam folder or contact your time study program administrator.
- If the login portal resembles those for other systems, you're using SSO. See "Resetting Your SSO Password" below.
- If the Time Study login page appears (see the below screenshot), check for a "Login via SSO" link below the box.
- If there's no "Login via SSO" link, see "Resetting Your Time Study Account Password"
- If there is a "Login via SSO" link, click it to access your organization's SSO portal and see "Resetting Your SSO Password" below.
Resetting Your SSO Password
If your organization uses SSO to access Time Study, you do not have a separate Time Study password.
- If you need to reset or change your password:
- Look for a link on your SSO login page for assistance, or

- If you see the error "User Not Found," go to: "Error Message: "User Not Found"

- Enter your username or email address
- Check "I'm not a robot"
- Click Reset
- A link will be emailed to you (check spam if not received)
- Note: the link expires in 24 hours; if you see "Confirmation not found," request a new password.
- Click the link in your email to set a new password
- Enter the new password twice
- You will be logged in automatically
If You Are Locked Out
- After 5 failed log-in attempts, your account will be locked.
