There are three user types: Reporters, who complete time studies; Supporters, who manage Reporters; and Admins, who manage the entire organization.
Time Study Access Levels
- Reporter
- Responsible for completing time studies.
- Supporter
- Manages assigned Reporters:
- Can log hours and place time studies on Hold.
- With additional permissions, can Submit time studies on behalf of Reporters.
- May be required to review and approve or reopen time studies.
- Can generate reports about their Reporters.
- May also complete their own time studies.
- Common roles include: Administrative Assistant, Chair, Coordinator, Delegate, Department Administrator, Financial Personnel, Support Staff.
- Manages assigned Reporters:
- Administrator
- Has full data access and primarily generates reports for management and analysis.
- Manages system configurations, including:
- User creation and profile management
- Time form creation and scheduling
- Email notifications
