There are three user types: Reporters, who complete time studies; Supporters, who manage Reporters; and Admins, who manage the entire organization. Contact us to make custom roles.
Time Study Access Levels

Reporter
- Responsible for completing time studies.

Supporter
- Manages assigned Reporters:
- Can log hours and place time studies on Hold.
- With additional permissions, can Submit time studies on behalf of Reporters.
- May be required to review and approve or reopen time studies.
- Can generate reports about their Reporters.
- May also complete their own time studies.
- Common roles include: Administrative Assistant, Chair, Coordinator, Delegate, Department Administrator, Financial Personnel, Support Staff.
- Manages assigned Reporters:

Administrator
- Has full data access and can generate reports for management and analysis.
- Manages system configurations, including:
- User creation and profile management
- Time form creation and scheduling
- Email notifications
Customizable permissions: Submit a support ticket if you want to discuss customizing these permissions. For example, you may allow Supporters to access the People page or other reports, such as the Custom Report, without granting them full access to system configurations.
