How do I log in?

To log in, first check if your organization uses single sign-on (SSO - the same credentials to login across systems within your organization) or if you have a separate Time Study password.

• If you use SSO to sign in to Time Study, go to "Logging in via SSO" below.
• If you do NOT use SSO and have a separate log-in, go to "Logging in Directly to Time Study" below.
• If you are unsure about using SSO, go to "Determining whether you use SSO or not" below.

Logging in via SSO

1. Click the login link in your Time Study email notification.
2. Log in using your work credentials (e.g., work email, network ID).
3. You will be directed to your Time Study Dashboard.
4. If login issues arise, contact your time study program administrator. If unsure who that is, create a support ticket here for assistance.

Logging in Directly to Time Study (non-SSO)

1. Click the login link in your Time Study email notification.
2. Log in using your username, not your email address.
3. Click "Log in."
4. You will be directed to your Time Study Dashboard.

Don't know your password? If you've forgotten your password or never created one:

1. Click the login link in your Time Study email notification. If you can't find an email, check your spam folder or contact your time study program administrator.
2. Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page.
3. Enter your username or email.
4. Click "I'm not a robot."
5. Click "Reset."
6. Check your email for a link to create a password.
7. After creating your password, you'll be redirected to the login page.
8. Email links expire in 24 hours; if you see "Confirmation Not Found," request a new password.

Determining whether you use SSO or not

1. Click the login link in your Time Study email notification. If you can't find an email, check your spam folder or contact your time study program administrator.
2. If the login portal resembles those for other systems, you're using SSO. See "Logging in via SSO" above.
3. If the Time Study login page appears (see the below screenshot), check for a "Login via SSO" link below the box.
4. If there's no "Login via SSO" link, log in directly on this page. See "Logging in Directly to Time Study" above.
5. If there is a "Login via SSO" link, click it to access your organization's SSO portal. See "Logging in via SSO" above.
