Some organizations use Single Sign-On (SSO) for Time Study, but not all. First check for a "Login via SSO" at the bottom of your login page. If you do not see that, you do not use SSO for Time Study. If you do see it, you probably use SSO but there may be exceptions.
Do you have a Login via SSO link on your login page?
Yes, I see a link to "login via SSO"
No, there is no such link on my login page
Yes, I see a link to "login via SSO"
If your login page does contain a Login via SSO link (see above), then your organization has single sign-on enabled, and you most likely use SSO for Time Study. In that case, you do not have a separate Time Study password, so if you need to reset or change your password:
- Look for a link on your SSO login page for assistance, or
- Contact your time study program administrator or IT department. If unsure how, create a support ticket here.
If you see the error "User Not Found," go to: "Error Message: "User Not Found"
However, if you personally do not have a Single Sign-On account with that organization, you may be an exception and will use a regular Time Study username and password. Email notifications from Time Study will provide your username.
No, there is no such link on my login page
If your login page lacks a Login via SSO link (see above), then SSO is not enabled for Time Study. You will need a separate username and password for Time Study, even if you use SSO for other systems. To reset your password, refer to this article: How do I change or reset my password?
