Resources
Time Study offers three options in the Resources section of the Navigation Menu:
- Your Files: Documents uploaded by your company.
- Help Center: Access the database of help articles you’re currently in.
- What’s New: View a list of recent updates we've made. You can also find this information here: What's New?
Operational Assistance
For account or operational questions, like time allocation, time study requirements, or system access, contact your time study program administrator. If you don't know who that is, click the Help bubble or create a support ticket.
Time Study Tech Support
For technical issues, such as bugs or feature requests, contact Time Study tech support by creating a support ticket or using the purple help bubble in the corner.
